Multi-Stage Brake Lights

Here's an idea for an automotive safety feature: multi-stage brake lights.

When a car is tailgating another vehicle, they hit their brakes a LOT, and drivers behind them can get lulled into not paying that much attending to the brake signals. The multi-stage brake lights would distinguish between light braking and heavy emergency braking. When the brakes were pressed sufficiently hard (say enough to engage ABS), the brake lights would flash/strobe at a rate of ~4-6 Hz, getting the attention of drivers nearby and warning them to a potential emergency.

Shall I find someone to make this so?
